We are back for the 33nd running of the Frozen Foot Races. In addition to the 5K we are happy to say we are bringing back Idiots Option 10K.

5K /10K Start Time 2:00 PM
5K Awards start at ~2:45 pm
10K Awards start at ~ 3:45 pm
Individual Race Awards:
First Overall Male and Female, First Masters Male and Female Age group awards 1st 2nd and 3rd in 5 year age groups
Series Award Scoring. Scoring is based on your age group finishing position (Ex first place receives 1 point, second place receives 2 points) Lowest score wins. Race pace will break all ties. You can compete in either the 5K or 10K.There is only one set of series award. Both the 5K and 10K will compete for them.

First Overall Male and Female, First Masters Male and Female Age group awards 1st, 2nd and 3rd in 5 year age groups. 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79 an 80+.

Series Registration:
Register for all three races and receive a discount. Run all three races and compete in the series competition.
