Take the BST Challenge and do both the five miler and the 5-K and get a medal. Register for the Challenge by October 12 to be guaranteed a medal.

Course is generally flat on a combination of public roads and Rails to Trails
Registration opens at 7:00 am
Local police will monitor course to ensure safety
Water stop at mile 3
