About This Race
The Manheim Area Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for the 7th Annual Rock-N-Glow 5K race and after party to be held on our historic Market Square in downtown Manheim.
The event will begin at 6:00pm on Saturday, June 1st with live music performances, food trucks and our local restaurants, glow items and race beginning at 9:00pm! It’s one event you don’t want to miss! Along the race route you will be energized by music, light shows and spectators cheering you on!
We are excited to continue this event for our community! Racers and spectators are encouraged to come head to toe and GLOW!
The after party will be glowing with award presentation to race winners. Other After Party activities will include music, food and dancing!
Designated parking areas will be listed at www.ManheimChamber.com. Roads will close at 8:00pm and reopen approximately at 12:00 am.

Race Packet Pick Up:
Thursday May 30th and Friday May 31st 4:00 – 7:00 pm and June 1st 5:00 pm -8:00 pm at the Trinity Evangelical Church 48 Market St Manheim PA.
Race starts at 9:00 PM
Awards:
Beautiful hand blown Stiegel Glass Awards will be given to overall race winner and male/female winners in each division. The After Party will take place on Market Square with awards, music and FUN!
Join us for our FIRST Kids Color Fun Run. This Fun Run is for grades K-6 grade. Proceeds from this Fun Run will be donated to continue the Herren Project “BE YOU” for the Manheim Central School District.
