About This Race
The Manheim Area Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for the 8th Annual Rock-N-Glow 5K Run/Walk to be held on our historic Market Square in downtown Manheim. The event will begin at 6:00 pm on Saturday, May 21, 2022, with a live DJ, food, activities, glow items and more! The race starts at 9:00 pm! Along the race route, you will be energized by music, lights and spectators cheering you on! It’s one event you don’t want to miss!
And back for a 3rd year… the Kids’ Color Fun Run! The Color Fun Run is a ½ mile course for kids ages 5-14 that begins at 8:00 pm.
We are excited to continue this event for our community! Racers and spectators are encouraged to come head to toe in GLOW!
The deadline to receive a complimentary race t-shirt (for either race) is Sunday, May 1st. No exceptions and there will be no sizing exchanges after this date. On-line registrations will be accepted until the start of the race but will not include a race t-shirt.

- Saturday, May 21, 5:30 pm- 8:00 pm at The Manheim Area Chamber of Commerce office, 15 Market Square, Manheim PA 17545
Walkers: Please note that you will need to move to the sidewalk to finish the race after 10:30 pm due to our road closures needing to reopen.
WEATHER: This event will be held rain or shine. In the case of severe inclement weather, we will call the race. No refunds will be given.
